Testimonial: On Sunday 20th may 2014 I got into my van but found it hard to select a gear, so as I had a job to do first thing Monday morning I had to hire a van. I phoned BMC on Sunday dinner time and Steve answered, I asked about hiring and he sorted me out, but he also asked what my problem was with my own van which I told him.

He immediately told me what was wrong and if I could get my van to him he would look at it for me whilst I was out in his hire van.

My breakdown service dropped the van to Steve at BMC. I feared the worst like gearbox gone. I got a call from Steve at 12 noon when I was in Hull and he said "Russ your van is ready". I couldn't believe it, it was also what he had said about the linkages getting stuck near the engine.

He charged me a reasonable fee for the repair when I returned his courtesy van.

I am so confident about BMC that I have decided to have all my M.O.T work done there now plus any other work that needs doing.

This is a company who apart from hiring vans have a vast knowledge of mechanics, a full service and M.O.T bay.
